At SIMURGH REAL PROPERTIES SL we take the protection of your data seriously. This policy complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

2. What data we process
The data you provide through the contact and project forms (for example: name, phone, email, type of operation, indicative budget, type of property, message and, where applicable, the project or page you write from), by email or by phone. For security reasons, the server also technically records data such as your IP address.
3. Purposes, legal basis and retention

Filling in the mandatory form fields is necessary to handle your request; if you do not provide them, we cannot reply. We do not make automated decisions or build profiles with your data.
4. Recipients and processors
We do not disclose your data to third parties except where legally required (for example, to public authorities, courts or competent authorities). To provide the service we use providers who access data as processors under the corresponding contract:
- Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC (Google Workspace): email and office tools.
- Vercel Inc.: website hosting and storage of the requests received.
5. International transfers
Some of these providers are, or may process data, in the United States. Transfers rely on the European Commission adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (for certified entities) or, otherwise, on standard contractual clauses and additional safeguards.
6. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing), by writing to invest@simurghinvest.com or by post to Avda. Diagonal n.º 361, pral. 1.ª, 08037 Barcelona (España), stating your name and the right you wish to exercise. We may ask for a copy of an identity document.
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration: encrypted connection (HTTPS), restricted access to the management panel and limited staff access to requests.
8. Minors
This website is not aimed at minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with data without parental or guardian consent, write to us and we will delete it.
