Riviera Residences by MERED is a premium beachfront development on Al Reem Island, designed by the Swiss firm Herzog & de Meuron—the architects behind the Beijing Olympic Stadium and 56 Leonard in New York. The project comprises towers ranging from 27 to 35 stories, housing 468 residences, each featuring its own private terrace. Options include 1- to 3-bedroom apartments, as well as exclusive Sky and Ocean Villas.
